The Phase I of Hainan Yeloworld Super Factory has been fully completed and put into operation. This marks our fourth Super Factory in China and serves as a key element of our strategic expansion. It will collaborate closely with our Guangdong Super Factory to support the green industrial transformation and upgrade in the South China region, contributing to the region’s integrated high-quality development.

Hainan Yeloworld Super Factory 

Located in the Yangpu Economic Development Zone in Danzhou City, Hainan Province, near Yangpu Port, the Hainan Super Factory’s Phase I is expected to produce 400,000 shared pallets annually, with plans for Phase II already underway. Establishing this Super Factory in Hainan aligns with the growth of Hainan Refining & Chemical over the years. As a leading player in Hainan’s petrochemical industry and the core of Sinopec’s industrial chain in the region, Sinopec Hainan Refining & Chemical drives the advancement of downstream industries like advanced agriculture, green chemicals, health, and tourism, further supporting the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port. 

We are proud to offer customized packaging solutions tailored for Hainan Refining & Chemical. Following an in-depth on-site assessment, we developed a new generation of 1311 grid pallets, designed to maximize functionality with minimal material use, optimizing aspects such as design, performance, structure, and cost. This provides Hainan Refining & Chemical with more eco-friendly, low-carbon packaging solutions. By positioning our factory closer to Hainan Refining & Chemical, we enhance the customer experience through shorter lead times, ensuring supply reliability and optimized delivery. 

1311 Grid Pallets Destined for Hainan Refining & Chemical 

As a provider of green supply chain solutions, we prioritize decentralized green packaging, distributing through multiple locations instead of relying on a single large distribution center. Currently, we operate four Super Factories in Shandong, Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Hainan, supported by over 200 storage hubs nationwide. With a fleet of more than 1,000 self-owned and partner logistics vehicles, we ensure nearby deliveries and efficient packaging returns. This network, from individual points to a comprehensive web, creates a robust, sustainable service network that allows us to respond to customer needs with speed and precision. 

The launch of our Hainan Super Factory is a testament to our commitment to sustainability, driving forward green supply chain solutions and accelerating carbon reduction efforts. The expansion of Yeloworld’s Super Factories continues, and we look forward to the grand opening of our Shanghai and Fujian facilities in 2025.
